Beefeater Dry with fresh tomatoes, tabasco and coriander
A twist on the classic Bloody Mary… introducing the Red Snapper. We have given it a Central/South American kick with the addition of fresh coriander leaves.
50ml Beefeater Dry - 5 parts
80g tomato - 4 parts
2 large or 4-5 small sprigs cilantro/coriander
2 dashes & tabasco
Pinch salt & black pepper
20ml lime juice - 2 parts
15ml sugar syrup - 1.5 parts
Cut tomatoes into quarters then add salt & pepper and coriander/cilantro to shaker and muddle together.
Add the rest of the ingredients (Tabasco to taste), then fill shake with ice and shake together hard.
Fine Strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish and drink.
