Beefeater 24 Bramble

Beefeater 24’s interpretation of the classic Bramble, with the addition of Byrrh and pomegranate syrup. The Byrrh offers additional quinine which gives the cocktail extra body without increasing the alcohol content. The pairing of the pomegranate and Byrrh is simple but offers a crisp fruitiness that balances the citrus notes through the cocktail.

40ml Beefeater 24

15ml fresh lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

10ml Byrrh & pomegranate syrup*

How to make a
Beefeater 24 Bramble

Step 1. Shake Beefeater, lemon juice & sugar syrup. Fine strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Drizzle Byrrh & pomegranate syrup slowly over the top of ice.

Step 2. Byrrh & pomegranate syrup:

Step 3. 250ml Pomegranate juice

Step 4. 500g Demerara sugar

Step 5. Bring ingredients to boil and reduce until it reaches a syrupy viscosity.

Step 6. **If you don’t have Byrrh you can use Dubonnet or sweet vermouth
