Ingredients
50ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg white
25ml Soda Water
How to make a

Gin Fizz
Step 1.
Add the Beefeater Gin, Lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds.
Step 2.
Fill shaker with ice and shard and shake hard until chilled
Step 3.
Double strain into a chilled high ball and top with soda water.
Step 4.
For a sour, strain into a coupe and leave out the soda!
