50 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
150ml Apple Juice
200ml Ginger Beer
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Cinnamon Stick
5ml Honey
How to make a

Gin-Ger Apple
Step 1.
Place ginger beer, apple juice, cinnamon and honey in a small saucepan over high heat and bring almost to the boil.
Step 2.
Remove pan from heat, stir in the lemon juice and gin.
Step 3.
Pour into warmed glasses or cups.
Step 4.
Serve immediately with shredded cinnamon stick and ginger slice
