Matcha Pina Colada
Matcha tea not only gives this Pina Colada twist a subtle complexity, it also turns the drink into a pleasing fresh green colour. Using the classic combination of pineapple and coconut for a tropical flavour, the combination of gin and matcha gives the much loved classic a more modern edge.

Ingredients
50ml Beefeater Dry or 24
Bar spoon matcha tea
30ml fresh pineapple juice
10ml fresh lemon juice
50ml coconut milk
40ml soda water
How to make a

Step 1.
Blend all ingredients together except for soda water until smooth.
Step 2.
Pour soda water into glass then add the blended mixture and dust the top with matcha.
Step 3.
Nb: this is not a frozen drink, so take care not to add too much ice.
