20ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
15ml Mulled Wine
10ml Lemon
5ml Plymouth Sloe
5ml Sugar (2:1)
40ml Champagne
How to make a

Step 1.
Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) into a shaking tin.
Step 2.
Fill with ice, shake hard + strain into a flute.
Step 3.
Top up with Champagne.
Step 4.
Garnish with orange peel, Cinnamon + Rosemary
