Inspired by the classic cocktail, this gin Paloma recipe uses grapefruit juice and agave syrup to make a fun and fresh drink. Although traditionally this recipe would call for tequila, the gin gives us a simpler, cleaner taste. Anyway, this is definitely, 100%, NOT a Paloma, so cocktail purists can rest easy.

50ml Beefeater Dry
90ml grapefruit juice
15ml agave syrup
Top with soda/sparkling water

Step 1.
Add Beefeater gin, grapefruit juice and agave into a high ball.
Step 2.
Stir well.
Step 3.
Fill with ice and top with soda water.
Step 4.
Give it a gentle stir to ensure all ingredients are mixed together.
Step 5.
Garnish.
