50ml Beefeater Pink
200ml cloudy apple juice
15ml simple syrup
3 cloves
2 dashes orange bitters
1 star anise

Step 1.
Add all ingredients (excluding the cinnamon sticks) into a pan and simmer over a low heat for around 15-20 minutes.
Step 2.
Leave to cool for and then strain.
Step 3.
Pour into glasses and add the cinnamon sticks.
