Ingredients
1 part Beefeater London Dry Gin
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
1/3 part simple syrup
1 egg white
1/4 part soda water
How to make a

Gin Fizz
Step 1.
Add the Beefeater Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds
Step 2.
Fill shaker with ice and shake hard until chilled
Step 3.
Double strain into a chilled high ball and top with soda water
Step 4.
For a sour, strain into a coupe and leave out the soda!
