Green Mary Snapper
Taking all of our favorite elements of a Bloody Mary and its Gin-sister Red Snapper, we've created a fruity, herbaceous cocktail that goes well with brunch. The pineapple juice is lighter than traditional tomato juice, and fresh herbs brighten up the drink. If you can handle the heat, add extra hot sauce!

Ingredients
1 part Beefeater London Dry Gin
5 parts fresh pineapple juice
1/4 part fresh lime juice
1 spoonful honey
Pinch of fresh cilantro
Pinch of fresh mint
Small pinch of sea salt
Green Tabasco or green chilli sauce to taste
How to make a

Step 1.
Blend all ingredients together excluding the Beefeater gin. Once blended and strained, taste and adjust for balance as required
Step 2.
Pour into jug or bottle and refrigerate until ready to serve
Step 3.
To serve, add Beefeater London Dry to a tall glass over cubed ice then stir in the prepared mix
Step 4.
Garnish with fresh cilantro spring and pineapple slice
