50ml Beefeater London Dry
1/2 part Lemon Juice
1/3 part Simple Syrup
1 egg white
Green food coloring

Step 1.
All all the ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice ’Dry shake’ until frothy.
Step 2.
Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake well again, until chilled.
Step 3.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
