Beefeater works fantastically in a kombucha cocktail, and gin mixes very well with apple juice. This fun cocktail is simple and impressive. Replace the garnish with a fresh slice of apple if you prefer.

Ingredients
1 part Beefeater London Dry Gin
1/3 part dry Vermouth or Lillet Blanc
2 parts cloudy apple juice
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
1/3 part agave syrup
2 parts kombucha

Step 1.
Shake all ingredients except kombucha in a shaker with ice
Step 2.
Double strain into a chilled collins / highball glass filled with ice
Step 3.
Top with kombucha
