50ml Beefeater Dry
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 egg white
Green food colouring

Passo 1. All all the ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice ’Dry shake’ until frothy.
Passo 2. Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake well again, until chilled.
Passo 3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
