50ml Beefeater Zesty Lemon
250ml lemon & ginger mulled white wine
How to make a
Lemon & Cardamom Mulled Wine
Lemon & Cardamom Mulled Wine
Step 1.
Pour 750ml dry white wine into a saucepan and combine with half a sliced lemon, 5 cardamom pods, a tablespoon of diced ginger, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a small pinch of black pepper and 10ml peach liqueur.
Step 2.
Muddle all the ingredients and add to a medium heat for 2 minutes, then reduce to a low heat for a further 8 minutes. Strain.
Step 3.
Combine the lemon & ginger mulled white wine with Beefeater Zesty Lemon and stir. Garnish and serve.
