15ml Lillet Blanc
20ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
4 raspberries
15ml egg white
How to make a
Rhubarb & Cranberry Sour
Step 1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and muddle
Step 2. Shake without ice
Step 3. Add ice and shake again
Step 4. Strain into a tumbler, over ice
Step 5. Garnish and serve
