2 parts Beefeater Pink Strawberry
2 scoops of coconut ice cream
2 1/4 parts Coconut water
2 parts Strawberry puree
Top with rosé champagne
How to make a

Step 1.
Add strawberry puree to glass.
Step 2.
Blend Beefeater Pink, coconut ice cream, coconut water until just smooth
Step 3.
Pour over the puree
Step 4.
Top with champagne
Step 5.
If desired use a bar spook or metal straw to create layered bleeding affect
Garnish
Dried coconut flakes
