Coconut Water

30 ml

Fresh lime juice

20 ml

Pineapple juice

50 ml

Egg white

How To Mix

Add all ingredients to shaker with no ice

DRY SHAKE

Shake without ice for 15-20 seconds

ICE & SHAKE

Add ice and shake again until chilled

Strain

Strain ito a chilled glass

Garnish

Garnish with the basil leaf
