How To Make a Beefeater Cherry Bramble

Pour the Beefeater London Dry Gin, Italicus, grapefruit juice and maple syrup into a shaker over ice

Shake until well combined and cold

Double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice

Top with the cava and a drizzle of cherry syrup from your maraschino jar
