Ingredients

Two balls of lemon sorbet (must not be creamy)

50ml Beefeater Pink

50ml fresh ruby grapefruit juice

50ml tonic water

Ruby grapefruit slice

How to make a
Beefeater Pink Float

Step 1. Decorate with strawberry popping candy on rim. Place the lemon sorbet scoops in a glass. Pour on the gin and grapefruit juice, then top up with tonic water. Add a quarter slice of ruby grapefruit to the rim.
