50ml Beefeater 24

150ml Tonic Water

Ice – cubed or hand chipped

How to make a
Beefeater 24 Gin & Tonic

Step 1. Add gin, then half fill the glass with tonic. Now carefully fill the glass with as much ice as will fit into the glass. This is vital to keep the drink as cold as possible and to avoid the ice melting into the drink.

Step 2. Take a fine wheel of grapefruit to complement the citrus botanicals in the gin and give the drink a fresh zing.

Step 3. Gently stir in a little more tonic if required.
