10ml Triple Sec
10ml Agave Syrup
25ml Lime
½ Cinnamon stick

Step 1.
Pre-chill a coupe + rim with cinnamon / mixed spice salt.
Step 2.
Combine all ingredients to a shaking tin + fill with ice. Shake & fine strain into a pre-chilled
Step 3.
Coupe or Rocks.
Step 4.
Garnish with toasted Cinnamon Stick & Lime wedge
