BEEFEATER WORKS FANTASTICALLY IN A KOMBUCHA COCKTAIL, AND GIN MIXES VERY WELL WITH APPLE JUICE. THIS FUN COCKTAIL IS SIMPLE AND IMPRESSIVE. REPLACE THE GARNISH WITH A FRESH SLICE OF APPLE IF YOU PREFER.

35ml Beefeater Dry
10ml dry Vermouth / Lillet Blanc
50ml cloudy apple
25ml lemon
15ml agave syrup
75ml kombucha
How to make a
Kombucha Kiss
Step 1. Shake all ingredients except kombucha in a shaker with ice.
Step 2. Double strain into a chilled collins / highball glass filled with ice.
Step 3. Top with kombucha.
Step 4. Garnish.
