How to make a
Step 1. Pour both ingredients into a mixing glass and stir together to chill and dilute to release flavours and aromas of the drink.
Step 2. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass.
Step 3. Offer lemon twist and serve rice cracker with mascarpone and honey on the side on a small plate or board.
