Green Mary Snapper

Taking all of our favourite elements of a Bloody Mary and it's gin-sister Red Snapper, we've created a fruity, herbaceous cocktail that goes well with brunch. The pineapple juice is lighter than traditional tomato juice, and fresh herbs brighten up the drink. If you can handle the heat, add extra hot sauce!

Ingredients
50ml Beefeater Dry
250ml fresh pineapple juice
25 ml fresh lime juice
2ml honey
Pinch of fresh coriander
Pinch of fresh mint
Small pinch of sea salt
Green Tabasco or green chilli sauce to taste
How to make a
Green Mary Snapper
Step 1. Blend all ingredients together excluding the Beefeater gin. Once blended and strained, taste and adjust for balance as required.
Step 2. Pour into jug or bottle and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3. To serve, add Beefeater Dry gin to a tall glass over cubed ice then stir in the prepared mix and garnish.
