25ml lemon juice
20ml egg white
10ml sugar syrup

How to make a
Lemon Fizz
Step 1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice, and shake well
Step 2. Strain into a highball, over ice
Step 3. Garnish with edible flowers
