50ml Beefeater Blood Orange

250ml ginger hot chocolate

How to make a
Blood Orange Hot Chocolate

Step 1. Start by making the ginger hot chocolate. Add 1L milk and a generous handful diced ginger to a saucepan. Add to a medium heat and gently press the ginger with the back of a spoon. Add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon sugar and a pinch of salt, stir to combine. Heat for 3 minutes and strain.

Step 2. Add Beefeater Blood Orange to the ginger hot chocolate and top with whipped cream. Dust with cocoa powder and grated nutmeg, and garnish.
