CHRISTMAS MIMOSA

Raise your glasses and toast to Christmas with a festive take on a classic Mimosa. Sip on Beefeater London Dry, served with spiced Clementine and topped with bubbles 🥂🍊

INGREDIENTS
○ 20ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 30ml Spiced-Clementine Juice
○ 15ml Triple Sec
○ Top with 60ml Champagne

Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) to a mixing tin/glass & stir with ice. Strain into pre-chilled flute + top with Champagne

 

MULLED 75

Take two festive favourites, mulled wine and the French 75 and combine them create Christmas in a glass 🎄🍷

INGREDIENTS
○ 20ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 15ml Mulled Wine
○ 10ml Lemon
○ 5ml Plymouth Sloe
○ 5ml Sugar (2:1)
○ 40ml Champagne

Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) into a shaking tin. Fill with ice, shake hard + strain into a flute. Top up with Champagne.
Garnish with orange peel, Cinnamon + Rosemary

 

FESTIVE MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS
○ 40ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 10ml Triple Sec
○ 10ml Agave Syrup
○ 25ml Lime
○ ½ Cinnamon stick

Pre-chill a coupe + rim with cinnamon / mixed spice salt.
Combine all ingredients to a shaking tin + fill with ice. Shake & fine strain into a pre-chilled >> Coupe or Rocks. Garnish with toasted Cinnamon Stick & Lime wedge

 

FESTIVE MARTINI

Let’s stir things up a little! 🍸 Serve your Christmas party guests a classic Martini made with Beefeater London Dry and garnish with a festive sprig of Spruce 🎄

INGREDIENTS
○ 45ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 15ml Lillet Blanc

Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin / glass. Add ice and stir to desired level of dilution + temperature.
Garnish with a single sprig of spruce

 

WINTER PINK GIN & TONIC

INGREDIENTS
○ 50ml Beefeater Pink Gin
○ 150ml Premium Indian or aromatic Tonic

Built in a Copa / Highball glass – Beefeater Pink followed by ice + tonic.

Garnish with Strawberries, Rosemary & Star anise

 

PINK STRAWBERRY BRAMBLE

Beefeater Pink Strawberry spin on the classic Bramble cocktail 🍓 The addition of vibrant pomegranate gives crisp fruitiness that balances out citrus notes. Perfect for those December nights❄️

INGREDIENTS
○ 35ml Beefeater Pink Gin
○ 20ml Pomegranate
○ 15ml Crème de Mure
○ 25ml Lemon
○ 10ml Sugar (2:1)
○ 1 x Blackberry + Strawberry

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin. Shake hard with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass over crushed ice. Serve with a biodegradable or reusable straw.

Garnish with Blackerries, Strawberries, Cranberries & Mint – dusted with icing sugar

 

FESTIVE NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS (Single serve)
○ 25ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 25ml Sweet Vermouth
○ 25ml Bitter Aperitif

Then add cinnamon stick, clove studded orange peel & Star Anise to drink.

Got time? Why not pre-batch for more flavour?
Toast spices gently in a pan to release aromas – add to a kilner jar followed by specified ingredients (multiply proportion by how many serves you require). Once infused, add water to dilute to optimal taste. Fine strain into a sealed bottle / container & store.

 

MISTLETOE GIN FIZZ

INGREDIENTS
○ 40ml Beefeater Pink Gin
○ 20ml Cream Sherry
○ 25ml Lemon
○ 10ml Sugar (2:1)
○ 1 x Egg White (medium egg)
○ 40-50ml Soda

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin – shake without ice to emulsify the egg white, then shake hard with ice before straining into a fizz glass.

 

WHITE RUSSIAN

At last a moment to yourself.. Sit back and sip on a cool and creamy White Russian, reinvented with our original Beefeater London Dry Gin.

INGREDIENTS
○ 30ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 25ml Kahlua
○ 5ml PX Sherry
○ 15ml Cream

Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin/glass – Stir with ice and strain into a small tumbler with a single large cube of ice.

Garnish with coffee beans + Grated Nutmeg.
