GINGERBREAD HOT CHOCOLATE
Give hot chocolate a gingery, gin upgrade with this ultimate holiday cocktail, flavoured with gingerbread 🎄
INGREDIENTS
○ 50ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 20ml Gingerbread Syrup
○ 200ml Hot Chocolate
○ Whipped Cream and Toppings
Stir the gin, hot chocolate and gingerbread syrup in a mug until combined. Then spray with whipped cream and your favourite festive toppings.

PEACH HOT TODDY
Try this fruity twist on a classic Hot Toddy, flavoured with sweet peach and raspberry. Perfect for keeping cosy on a cold Christmas night ❄️
INGREDIENTS
○ 25ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 50ml Peach & Barley Cordial
○ 25ml Honey
○ 150ml Hot Water
Add the gin, cordial and honey to hot water in a mug. Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.

CHRISTMAS MIMOSA
Raise your glasses and toast to Christmas with a festive take on a classic Mimosa. Sip on Beefeater London Dry, served with spiced Clementine and topped with bubbles 🥂🍊
INGREDIENTS
○ 20ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 30ml Spiced-Clementine Juice
○ 15ml Triple Sec
○ Top with 60ml Champagne
Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) to a mixing tin/glass & stir with ice. Strain into pre-chilled flute + top with Champagne.
MULLED 75
Take two festive favourites, mulled wine and the French 75 and combine them create Christmas in a glass 🎄🍷
INGREDIENTS
○ 20ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 15ml Mulled Wine
○ 10ml Lemon
○ 5ml Plymouth Sloe
○ 5ml Sugar (2:1)
○ 40ml Champagne
Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) into a shaking tin. Fill with ice, shake hard + strain into a flute. Top up with Champagne. Garnish with orange peel, cinnamon + rosemary.
FESTIVE MARGARITA
Keep warm this winter with this Gin Margarita. A spiced take on the classic Marg.
INGREDIENTS
○ 40ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 10ml Triple Sec
○ 10ml Agave Syrup
○ 25ml Lime
○ ½ Cinnamon stick
Pre-chill a coupe + rim with cinnamon / mixed spice salt. Combine all ingredients to a shaking tin + fill with ice. Shake & fine strain into a pre-chilled Coupe or Rocks glass. Garnish with a toasted cinnamon stick & lime wedge.

○ 45ml Beefeater London Dry Gin

INGREDIENTS
○ 35ml Beefeater Pink Gin
○ 20ml Pomegranate
○ 15ml Crème de Mure
○ 25ml Lemon
○ 10ml Sugar (2:1)
○ 1 x Blackberry + Strawberry
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin. Shake hard with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass over crushed ice. Serve with a biodegradable or reusable straw. Garnish with blackberries, strawberries, cranberries & mint – dusted with icing sugar.

INGREDIENTS (Single serve)
○ 25ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
○ 25ml Sweet Vermouth
○ 25ml Bitter Aperitif
Combine the ingredients in a rocks glass and stir. Then add cinnamon stick, clove studded orange peel & Star Anise to drink.

Toast spices gently in a pan to release aromas – add to a kilner jar followed by specified ingredients (multiply proportion by how many serves you require). Once infused, add water to dilute to optimal taste. Fine strain into a sealed bottle / container & store.

○ 40ml Beefeater Pink Gin
○ 20ml Cream Sherry
○ 25ml Lemon
○ 10ml Sugar (2:1)

○ 40-50ml Soda
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin – shake without ice to emulsify the egg white, then shake hard with ice before straining into a fizz glass.
WHITE RUSSIAN

○ 25ml Kahlua
○ 5ml PX Sherry
○ 15ml Cream
Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin/glass – Stir with ice and strain into a small tumbler with a single large cube of ice. Garnish with coffee beans + grated nutmeg.
