Beefeater Gin Fizz

The Gin Fizz first made its name in the late 19th century, when bartenders started lightening up classic gin drinks with citrus, sugar and a splash of fizz. It became especially popular in the US, where the Ramos Gin Fizz turned it into a full-blown showstopper, complete with egg white and a famously long shake. At its heart, though, the Gin Fizz has always been about balance — bright, refreshing and built for sociable drinking, whether at a busy bar or mixed up at home.
