My favorite martini is actually the Gibson. Made the same way as a (very) dry martini, but with a garnish of small, pickled onions rather than a lemon twist or an olive.” I’m fussy about my onions! There should be three on a cocktail stick.

The martini must be wet, with a twist, served in a freezing-cold glass, preferably a Nick and Nora, but that’s a little too fussy… I like mine with some salty ritz biscuits or some manchego (olé).
I’m really loving a Beefeater Black martini, with the thyme and lemon verbena coming into play nicely, but a classic Beefeater London Dry Gin also works just perfectly.

My favourite kind of martini is a classic martini, lemon twist on the rim. I feel it truly lets the citrus notes of Beefeater shine! Ideally paired with salty snacks- olives or salted almonds!

If I’m out I love a wet martini (2:1 – two parts Beefeater London Dry, 1 part Lillet Blanc) with a lemon twist. Very good with some oysters or fried chicken!
At home I pre batch them for when friends come round… a 50:50 martini on the rocks with lemon twist, with takeaway McDonalds fries or mozzarella sticks 😊
