Ingredients

  • 35ml Beefeater Pink Strawberry
  • 2 scoops of coconut ice cream
  • 45ml Coconut water
  • 35ml Strawberry puree
  • Top with rosé champagne

Method

  • Add strawberry puree to glass.
  • Blend Beefeater Pink, coconut ice cream, coconut water until just smooth
  • Pour over the puree
  • Top with champagne
  • If desired use a bar spoon or metal straw to create layered bleeding affect
