Move over mulled wine, it’s mulled gin season now. This mulled white wine recipe mixes gin, cardamom and lemon for a seriously light, fruity, spiced serve.

Lemon & ginger mulled white wine

250 ml

How to Make Lemon & Cardamom Mulled Wine

PREPARE

Pour 750ml dry white wine into a saucepan and combine with half a sliced lemon, 5 cardamom pods, a tablespoon of diced ginger, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a small pinch of black pepper and 10ml peach liqueur

MUDDLE

Muddle all the ingredients and add to a medium heat for 2 minutes, then reduce to a low heat for a further 8 minutes. Strain

COMBINE

Combine the lemon & ginger mulled white wine with Beefeater Zesty Lemon and stir

Garnish and serve
