Beefeater Crown Jewel

50 ml

Chilled Water

5 ml

Dry Vermouth

10 ml

Grapefruit Oils and zest

to garnish

How To Mix

Freeze

Freeze a bottle of Beefeater Crown Jewel and martini glasses for at least three hours

Dash

Add two dashes of dry vermouth to the glass

Build

Pour 50ml of Beefeater Crown Jewel straight from a freezer into your chilled glass, and gently stir to combine

Finish

Squeeze the oils from a fresh grapefruit zest over the top of the cocktail and serve immediately
