WHAT IS A GIN SPRITZ?

A Gin Spritz is a light and bubbly gin cocktail made by mixing two key ingredients: gin and sparkling wine or water. It’s slightly different to a Fizz which contains citrus flavours (like our Lemon Fizz).

Making a Gin Spritz is easy. Pour gin and Lillet Blanc over ice and top with Champagne or soda water for a lighter serve. We garnish our Gin Spritz with a slice of grapefruit and fresh raspberries but you can use whichever ingredients you prefer.

THE PERFECT SUMMER SPRITZER

A gin spritzer is a perfectly refreshing serve, made for sipping during the warmer months. But if you want extra sunshine vibes in your glass, feel free to add extra fruitiness. Our favourite way to make a Summer Gin Spritz is with a dash of lemon juice or flavoured soda water that’s extra sweet and juicy.

POUR IN PROSECCO

Don’t have Champagne? No problem. The ‘spritz’ part of a Gin Spritz can mean whatever you want it to, as long as it has bubbles. Swap to sparkling water or use Prosecco for a sweeter, fruitier flavour. A Gin and Prosecco Spritz has become so popular, some call it a Ginsecco. And we’re here for it.
