A modern twist on an iconic cocktail. Meet: the long martini. This recipe uses Beefeater Gin’s classic martini recipe, with a top of tonic water to elongate the serve.

Dry Vermouth

Tonic Water

How To Make a Long Martini

Stir up your Beefeater London Dry Gin with dry vermouth in a mixing glass over ice

Pour your mixture into a highball filled with ice

Top with tonic water
