25 ml

Sweet Vermouth

25 ml

Italian Bitter Aperitif

25 ml

Tonic Water

150 ml

How To Make a Long Negroni

Prepare

Stir up your negroni: the Beefeater London Dry Gin, vermouth and aperitif in a mixing glass with ice.

Pour

Pour approximately 50ml of your mixture into a tall glass over ice

Top with tonic water

Garnish with an orange zest or wheel
