Guava Syrup

20 ml

Jalapeño Liqueur

10 ml

Lemon Juice

10 ml

Soda Water

25 ml

Sprinkle of Black Pepper

Mint

How To Make a Spicy Guava Tom Collins

Fill

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Build

Pour your Beefeater Gin, the guava syrup, jalapeno liqueur and lemon juice over the top

Shake to combine

Pour

Strain into a tall glass filled with ice

Top

Top with soda water

Garnish

Sprinkle some ground pepper on top and garnish with fresh mint
