ALL GIN COCKTAILS
Gin and Tonic

We’re kicking off with a classic. You really can’t go wrong with a Gin and Tonic – it’s light, refreshing and probably the most popular gin cocktail to make.

Our Gin and Tonic recipe uses Beefeater London Dry Gin (the best way to drink our signature bottle) with a traditional citrus garnish. But feel free to mix things up.

There’s unlimited ways to make a G&T your own. Try our Peach & Raspberry Gin and Tonic, Rhubarb & Cranberry Gin and Tonic, or Pink Gin and Tonic with flavours of sweet strawberry. All you have to do is pour gin over ice and top up with your favourite tonic water.

GIN SPRITZ

Another easy gin cocktail that’s great for customising is the Gin Spritz. This one’s slightly bubbly, with the light sweet taste of Lillet Blanc and our botanical Beefeater 24 Gin. Swap to pink gin to make a Pink Gin Spritz, or make things extra zesty with a Blood Orange Gin Spritz. Add your ingredients to ice, garnish and serve. It really is that simple.

PINK 75

Celebratory drinks don’t have to be complicated. Take the Pink French 75 for example, a light, floral mix of pink gin, elderflower and Prosecco. This elegant yet easy cocktail can be poured minutes before serving. And a raspberry garnish makes it extra impressive.

BERRY GIN SOUR

Impress guests with a Berry Sour, a rich, red cocktail that’ll make them think you’re an expert. Using fresh, fruity blackberries in and atop the drink, it really looks the part. There’s minimal muddling involved and a bit of shaking. And a quick spin around the cocktail glass with lime juice means you even get a decorated finish.

BEEFEATER MARTINI
BEEFEATER GIN MARTINI

Whilst some are particular about how to create the perfect Martini, it actually couldn’t be easier. The Gin Martini only requires two ingredients – gin and vermouth. The trick is in the chilling. Both spirits and your glass need to be chilled beforehand. And you’ll want to stir your Martini mix twice with ice to get a diluted serve. But once you’ve got the knack down, you’ll be making Martini’s round the clock.

GIN COSMO

Shake up a Gin Cosmo after a day in the city. It’s the ultimate, modern alternative to a classic Cosmopolitan. Made with our Rhubarb and Cranberry Gin, you can guarantee a fruity serve with additional flavours of orange and lime. And it couldn’t be easier to put together.

Pink Floradora
FLORADORA

If you love a Moscow Mule, you’ll love a Floradora. This pink gin cocktail mixes with ginger beer and fresh lime juice to create summer’s most refreshing drink. It’s lightly spiced, subtly sweet and super refreshing. And if you’ve got a few more minutes to spare, we love to add muddled raspberries for extra flavour.

Negroni

Sometimes people think classic cocktails are complicated. But not this one. A Negroni is a must-try drink for every gin lover. And it takes just a few moments to make. With only three ingredients at a 1:1:1 ratio, it couldn’t be easier. Pour over ice into a tumbler, garnish with an orange twist and serve.

Like things extra fruity? Swap to our Blood Orange Gin to create a Blood Orange Negroni with Italian bitters.

It’s rich, flavoursome and packs a punch with classic ingredients including Tabasco and black pepper. Add as much or as little as you like and top with a thyme sprig for a simple, savoury garnish.
