Raspberry Syrup

Dry Vermouth

How To Make a Clover Club

Add all your ingredients (except the fresh raspberries) to an empty cocktail shaker

Shake well – without ice! This is called “dry shaking” and helps make the egg white nice and frothy later

Top up your shaker with ice

Shake up until cold
